registry location

if the spyware scan showed that all threats have
been deleted but the result still have some "infected
registry location", is it serious? because I couldn't
find any options that remove these "locations".

Running the Tab *Issues* within CCleaner, should be the
end to your problem.

I've had similar problems. The clean did not remove the
registry entries. I tried to do it myself and got a
permission denied, even though my user account has admin
privileges. I booted in safe mode and deleted the
registry keys by hand using regedt32.exe.
