Registry help please - what is this item?

It looks like you need to run an updated antivirus program , spyware and adaware program.
 
I've run McAfee Virusscan, CWShredder, Adaware, Spybot S & D, McAfee Stinger
tool, Spywareblaster, Rapidblaster. The Adaware and Spybot found various
DSO erxploits and other things, and repeatedly do so, despite the fact I do
little surfing, but they haven't got rid of this thing. It IS disabled in
startup, maybe I should remove it altogether???
