Registry Error

When I start my computer I receive the following message:
C:\Windows\System32\spool\Drivers\W32X86\3\DLCCtime.dll Missing Entry
RunDLL Entry.

Using system restore, I tried 10 different restore points, including a
couple I created, and it continually states that my system can not be
restored to that point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the Dell web site. Seems a problem with your printer driver.
