Error message on windows start up

I am recieving a RUNDLL error message at windows start up.

Error in C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\DLCJtime.dll
Missing Entry: RunDLLEntry

Can anyone help me with a way to solve this problem?

Hi,

Click start/run, type msconfig and click ok. Go to the startup tab and see
if there is an entry you can uncheck that is loading that file.

Check for entries that load printer support files (tools/utilities/etc).
