Registry Error, phyiscal memory dump

Windows 2000 server machine will not boot, dump physical memory, stop 0x0000051 registry error. Tried to boot in advanced options, when system try to boot it switches to blue screen and display stop, reegistry error. I tried to reinstall windows, inserted disk, system loaded files, however it displayed "hard drive not installed. How can I boot to command promt to format and reinstall. All other options in the Advanced Options Menu do not work, contunie to get same error message, physical stack dump
 
If you need to format. You can use the installation cd. Perform the disk partition during setup and format it using wizard.
