Registery Key's

I'm using Kazaa and everytime i run my "AdAware" it
keeps finding new registery key's that the kazaa spyware
is installing. How can i stop this and keep using kazaa?

Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

when you accept and install Kazaa.
