Registered To Name

I've acquired a laptop from a previous employee. The
windows xp info screen still shows her name as
the "registered to" name. How do I change that?

Hi MLG
To change this go to Start > Run and type in regedit
When the registry editor loads navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion
When you click on currentversion, in the right window you should see a list
of values. Double click on RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganisation to
change the values you see 'Registered to:'
