Register refers to a missing file

When running a software check it returned an error message: "The key,
"SOFTWARE\Microsoft|Windows\CurrentVersion\SharedDLLs" refers to a missing
file, "C:\Documents and Settings\my name\Application
Dta\Microsoft\MSDAIPPOffline\h"

I'm also getting another similar error message: "The key
"SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run" refers to a regristry value
"SigmatelSysTrayApp" that points to "C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Start Menu\Programs\Intel Desktop
Boards\Audio\DISK1\STACGUI\sttray.exe",
an invalid startup command.

Where and how can I get the missing file in the first issue? In the second
issue what can I do about the situation? I'm having some wierdness during
startup: an "Intel" directory is displayed in it's own window. I'm also
having trouble with Windows Media Player 10. Would a 'fix' for these two
fix one or both of these problems?

Thanks much in advance.

Mike

I have two files in %appdata%\Microsoft\MSDAIPP\Offline

0x00000001_R with no extension.
and
HashFile.dat

Apparently the w3svc service (World Wide Web Publishing Service service)
uses this folder.

If the w3svc service is not running you do not need the files. If the w3svc
service is started again, it will recreate the files.

Some info from here...

Microsoft Internet Information Service also uses that folder. So does
Exchange Server.

There is also a virus that can be related to HashFile.dat.

I doubt that you need the World Wide Web Publishing Service running, it
makes your system to act as an WWW server.

sttray.exe
This program is not required to start automatically as you can run it when
you need to. It is advised that you disable this program so that it does not
take up necessary resources.

Delete the startup entry.

sttray.exe is the Intel WebOutfitter service System Tray icon
typically infrequently used task that can be started manually if necessary
