I changed my regional settings to Vietnamese and checked Install files for
East Asian languages check box.
But some characters doesn't support in Windows environment. Some characters
shows like this UÕ
Actually this character is one character. What is the problem inside this?
And are there any fonts installed in Windows for supporting these languages?

Hello,

Do you mean the input via keyboard - if so, you need to change your Keyboard
layout at the bottom to Vietnamese keyboard. See
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/306993

If you mean they do not *display* properly in webpages, that means either
the page developer did not declare the encoding correctly or you need to set
the encoding of the page manually. In IE, this can be accomplished via View
Encoding.
