Regedit disabled

I cannot open regedit the message "registry editing has been disabled by your aminstrative" keeps appearing..i tried many ways to redo the registry it comes back but when i reboot the pc and want to open the regedit this error message eppears again! can anyone plz help??

Click Start, Run and type the following command (copy and paste it):

reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

(Line may be wrapped)

Use this script and remove the Registry restrictions:
