RegClean & 32k file?

Each time I run regclean it generates a 32k file. I have run it six times
in a row and each time it does this. If I remember in windows 2000 it would
make a smaller and smaller file each time it was run.

Version 4.1a build 7364.1 of RegClean works on Windows 95, 98, NT 3.51, NT
4, and 2000. It's from 1997 and still works fine, but is NOT compatible with
Windows ME or XP.

Then what, if any, regcleaner is recommended. It is a required thing in my
opinion so their must be a recommended program.
