Regarding : "On Behalf Of" Option

Hi,
I send around 400 mails on behalf of my supervisor. Each time i want to
send mails i'm manually selecting his mail id to "From" address.
Is there a way to make it as default as xxxx on behalf of yyyyy for all new
mails i click.

Need help ASAP. Well appreciated and needed.

Thanks for replying. Our Organisation is not that much rich to offer you
