Regarding Excel

Hi,
I am doing a Windows Application in VB.NET. In the source code, I want to
know the installation of Excel in the system. If Excel is not installed, then
I want to give a message saying 'Excel not installed' and to stop further
processing.
In VB.NET, how can I check for the Installation of Excel?
