? regarding device manager

michael

I have a motherboard (ASUS IPIBL-LA) on an HP computer (M9040N) that was
intended for vista. I don't like
vista so I wiped it clean and installed xp home. With the help of forums I
found drivers for everything so my device manager is clean. My original
intent for this
computer was something fast for HD video editing. Is my system going to
function at 100% or could it be compromised not using the intended OS. If
the device manager shows no problems then can I assume everything is OK?

It will be fine, if all the devices are functioning you should have no
problems.

sorry, didn't know the same people respond to different areas of xp. I
figured I'd send the message in a few different areas hoping to find someone
that knew. Now I better see how the system works.

Sending to multiple groups is OK, just don't send individual messages
to each. Send one message to all the groups at once.
