regaining Admin Priv

I'm going through a bad divorce and my soon to be ex created a new user
account, gave it admin priv and changed my account to limited. Is there a
way to change that without using her new account. She is refusing to give me
the password.

Press Ctrl+Alt+Del twice while logging on, then log on
as "User" or "Administrator". Its password on WinXP
machines is usually set to a blank. After doing this, watch
the movie "War of the Roses" (Michael Douglas, Kathleen
Turner, 1989) to prepare yourself for the next step in this
escalating war.

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and modify the desired account(s). By design, the
only way to log into the Administrator account of WinXP Home is to
reboot into Safe Mode. For WinXP Pro, pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at
the Welcome Screen will produce the standard login dialog box.
