refreshing

Hi in the last couple of weeks,when i am on the web I
have to refresh almost every page before it will open, I
am a novice so i can't figure it out ,i haven't changed
anything,I have windows xp home edition and Hewlett
packard computer,IE 6, if anyone can help I would
appreciate, thanks curt

Using F5 still simply "refreshes" the page.
