refresh setting

I am new to this. Is there a way to automatically refresh a site each time I
visit it. So I do not have to click on the refresh icon. --

Look at your Internet Options in your Control Panel to configure it to your
preferences.

Hi again Carey,
Well I looked again (for the 4th time;) and found what you referred to! I
had been looking in all those tabs at the top, i.e., security, general,
advanced, and now I see that it is a small folder right on the "settings"
page itself.
