Refresh / Resize Issue

After recently installing a 2nd CPU in a server, I've
noticed that the browser is acting funny. When I navigate
to a new page, the progress meter indicates that the page
is being loaded, but nothing appears in the browser
frame. If I grab the corner of the browser and shrink or
expand the window, the page appears. I've reset the
browser defaults in Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab,
but this seems to have no positive effect. Please help!

I'm guessing but try your Display Properties
Right click on the Desktop and select the Properties menu option.
On the Settings tab click the Advanced tab to display your monitor driver
properties.
There on the Adapter tab are settings for the Refresh Rate... Mine is set to
Optimal. Or try some of the other Display settings.

Another guess would be to clean your Temporary Internet Files folder
(Internet Options, General tab)
