refresh of winxp

if i creat a new folder anywhere in win xp, i have the refresh the page (right mouse click - choose refresh) to view the new folder.
how is it possible to disable this function in win xp.

You might take a look at Menu Item "Tools", "Folder Options" settings in Explorer. If you can't unravel it, the F5 key on your keyboard is easier than the right click for Refresh.
