Perform a Clean installation of Windows XP

All you do is boot from xp cd. follow the info. do a quick format ntfs when
at that screen. the normal format which is not quick takes a very very long
time, 30 minutes to over an hr for some people. it's only needed really one
time which is the first time xp is installed, then quick format is fine.
