referring old pst file while accessing Hotmail from MS Outlook

While opening Hotmail Inbox MS outlook refers to old .pst file. so the new mails are
not coming. from 'File' option "work Offline' is working but 'Connects to Hotmail' is not working.

It should create anew one if the old one isn't available. Try removing
hotmail from the profile and adding it back.

There are 2 .pst file, the 2nd one is being modified everytime I connet to hotmail.
Will it automatically modify the latest .pst file everytime i login to outlook, or ahve to Connct to Hotmail for getting new mails?
