Referenced Memory ??

Hi,
I have someone that recieves the following message when he clicks on a
certain folder: The instruction at "0x77f5310f" referenced memory at
"0x00610072". The memory could not be written. The folders contain certain
graphics. How can i get this fixed for him? Thanks for your help.

Hi,

Tough one, could be a corrupt file system, but it could also be some other
conflict. I would start with a chkdsk /r on the drive.
