Referenced Memory ??

Hello all,
I have someone that received the message "The instruction at "0x10026daa"
referenced memory at "0x10026daa". The memory could not be read". Click on ok
to terminate the program"

What is this and how can i fix it?

This error is indicative of a bad driver, depending on what the user was doing when
error occurred it could be a video, printer or any other driver.

I'll check with him to see if he installed any drivers recently. Maybe I can
do a system restore before he installed the bad drivers.

If it's from a new driver install, user driver rollback, rather than
system restore.
