Referenced memory

When I double click windows explorer a massage is displayed
“ Explorer.exe- Application error
The instruction at ‘0x110b48f8’ referenced memory at ‘0x110b48f8’.
The memory could not be ‘written’
Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCLE to debug the programâ€
1] On clicking cancel: The program “explorer-Microsoft Visual C++[run]â€
starts automatically
In C++ program massage, “ unshandied exception in explorer.exe
(NZDD.DLL): 0xC0000005: Access violation†is displayed . And it prompted to
click OK. After clicking OK, in C++ window, the command line ‘0x110b48f8’ is
highlighted among the various command lines.
2] On clicking OK: When I click OK the program is terminated
This condition repeated 2 or 3 times and the window explorer starts
normally.
The same problem can be seen when I double click My Computer icon.
Please help.
