Is it possible to redirect the "My Documents" folder to a network share from
XP Pro? I know you can do it with Group Policy in an AD environment, but we
don't have that yet.

Thanks

Yep - iirc, you can actually use my computer, manage (or start, run,
compmgmt.msc), local users & groups, users, select the user, select
profile, and point there whole damn profile someplace other than what
you'd expect .. the bottom part of this screen allows you to map their
folder to a network drive, or to an alternate local path.

Suck it and see, but I suspect this'll do what you want.

But my user account is a domain user account not a local user account?

Then I think you'll have to 'suck it and see', because I can't try here
- I'm not running a domain. Sorry!
