Look for any virus on your machine and then clean the windows
registry.
I was also facing the similar problem - I was getting redirected to www.smart-finder.biz/5107
On my machine, I found Trojan.Bookmarker.C virus. But the problem did
not go away even after cleaning the virus. I also had to clean the
registry manually by looking for www.nkvd.us (which was redirecting
the page to smart-finder) and either deleting the entry or restoring
it to the original value.
