Redirected to webmonkey.ws

Hi:

My issue is when I hover my mouse over a link I want to go to, this
webmonkey.ws has highjacked the link.

I've run Microsoft Beta Spyware and Webroot Spy Sweeper and the problem
still exists.

Please help,

You may have spyware/malware on your system and the programs you have run
thus far are not capable of detecting and removing this type of scumware.
