redirected searches

This is really beginning to get annoying. It has gone on
for over 2 months. I have reset the registry, it puts
back the regular search I choose from the address bar. 2
days later this shop nav thing pops back in. I use spybot
to remove the spyware. I have a popup stopper installed.
I update my virus programs everyday. But still something
still gets in and redirects me to shop nav. It is never
stopped. I have all the updates on my computer from the
microsoft site. Everything is up to date. Is there some
way to permantly stop this search thing shop nav from
coming back into my computer? Resetting the registry
works for about a day.

I don't think that shopNav is targeted by Spybot S&D.
