redirect email to another email account

I found the information to set the rule to redirect email, however is there a
SQL event or other programming that can be done and hidden as not to be seen
under rules? I am having difficulty with my teenage son and trying to monitor
what is coming and going with email.

Let me add that I want to redirect email from both the inbox and the sent
box. The information that I viewed from Outlook pertains to only incoming
email. Can the rule or other programming be set up to redirect sent email?
