Redirect a message and retain original header info (bounce)?

We are switching to Outlook from another email program and one feature that I
can't believe is not there is a bounce feature. How can we bounce/redirect
email to our IT staff with the original headers intact?

you need to view/options in the original message, copy the headers, forward
the message and paste the headers into it, and send it
