Redemption Number

I have an Upgrade Redemption form and decided to go online to get my Vista
upgrade. I went through all the steps to where you put in your CC details
and accidentially closed the window. I went back and tried again and when I
filled in the redemption number it's telling me that it's already been used
(be accidentally closing down the window.... ). What can I do to get the
upgrade?
