redemption helper Outlook Extension

I have the add-in redemption helper Outlook Extension and everything works
fine if it is disabled but if it is enabled the folder names are truncated
like inbox looks like inbo unless I select the folder then I see the whole
word of the folder name. This problem goes away if I disable this add-in. I
use pop3 and IMAP not Exchange.

Thanks,

Tony

No that didn't work. The moment I turned on the add in "redemption helper
Outlook Extension" the truncation came back regardless if I had a standard
theme or any custom theme. It seems to me it is related to the add in
"redemption helper Outlook Extension" and not the theme since the problem
goes away when it is disabled.

are you using the default windows theme? truncated folder names is usually
caused by the theme. http://www.slipstick.com/emo/2005/up050317.htm#names

the redemption helper is installed by one of your other addins - what else
is listed in both addins groups?
