Red X showing up in place of pics

I am told that the pictures on my site are not showing up after I publish
them. I can see everything perfectly on my computer, but others cannot.
What do I do?
 
Try one of the FrontPage newsgroups??

It is a bad link. Check that the directory exists on the web.
