Red X;s instead of graphics.

After a clean installation of MS Home XPsp2 and
successfully accessing the internet certain web sites
with graphics do not download certain graphics. For
example buttons with links to other sites show a small
box with a red X and these red X boxes do not respond
when clicked. Also on other sites where there is supposed
to be a graphic there will also be a small box with a red
X. In these graphic sites graphic fails to load. I didn't
have this problem with Win98 on my other computer. What
do I need to do?
