Red X in lieu of photo - Outlook 2007 Beta 2

Having upgraded from Office 2000 Professional to Office 2007 Beta 2, and now
using Outlook 2007, have been getting Red X's on e-mails. in lieu of photos,
why?

lieu of photos, why?

By default, Outlook will not show web content. There should be an option to
change that. On Outlook 2003 it's Tools>Options>Security>Change Automatic
Download Settings. I don't know what it is in OL 2007.
