I'm currently working on a web site, so I like to test my
pages offline before I upload them. However, all of my
images appear as red x's in Internet Explorer. I know
that my code is correct and the image files are properly
referenced because everything works perfectly in
Netscape. Also the pages work fine when uploaded, and I
can surf the web just fine the Internet Explorer as well.
It just seems that Internet Explorer has decided it no
longer wants to show jpegs or gifs offline. It won't show
them in an HTML document and it won't even load the image
file by itself. Does anyone have an answer for this? It's
kind of tedious always having to upload a page to test it
in Internet Explorer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
