Red lines across my screen

Monitor is DellM783 Adapter Radeon X300 Series
No matter what I try , reinstal driver ect... nothing seems to work.
I cant get rid of these red lines

Help anyone please

If you connect the system to a different monitor and/or the monitor to a
different computer - what are the results?
(In other words - what would the above test tell you?)

This is a Dell quality problem, The Corporation I work for just bought 700
new Dells and they all have the same issue. Call Dell up, they are well
aware of the problem. They should pick up your monitor and send you a new
one.
