Recycling

Hey, I was wondering if someone could help me out with a problem.
I have some monitors that I'd like to have recycled. Does anyone know of anyone who will be willing to come and take them off my hands?
I'm in the south east end of london. They are mainly 17" but I have some 21" and 15".
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I take it they are busted?

The local recycling center should take them off you. Or you could try ringing the local council and asking them?

Some of them work and stuff but I'd rather have some one who is going to take all of the heavy metals out of the case. I've heard that some companies take all of the Gold and Platinum from the components and make sure the leads and stuff don't go in to the water table.
