My recycle bin appears to have something in it according to the desktop
icon. When I open it it is empty. How do I fix this so when it's empty it
appears empty and when it's full it appears full?

I tried the download and merge but that didn't work so I
tried it manually and now it's fixed. Thanks a lot.
