Recycle bin

IMPORTANT: All the files deleted previously [present in the R.Bin] will be
erased permanently.

Create a dummy notepad document and save it. Delete the file and let it go
to recycle bin.
Now, empty recycle-bin

Solution 2: You may want to delete the Recycled folder or follow Kelly
Theriot's repair solution. (Deleting the info2 file). That should definitely
solve it. You may need to restart Windows after that.

Deleted files do not appear in recycle bin. How can I
recover files?

Hi,

You might also check for a stuck <shift> key, as shift+delete will bypass
the recycle bin. Try rapping on them to loosen them up.
