Recycle Bin

Little weird one this:

Sometimes when I try to clear the Recycle Bin, I get an error message asking
if I want to delete "WINDOWS"!!!

Even if I say yes, it says I cannot, as it is a protected file! ( I hope
so!).

However, after a reboot, all works Ok for a little while and then it comes
back as the same.

Anyone got any thoughts?

scan your system with LATEST VIRUS definitioned antivirus
as well as with Spybot.
