Recycle Bin

I am having problems with my recycle bin. It seems that
when I right click it doesn't give me the option to
delete items, or even view what's in it. So whenever I
delete something, I have no idea where it's going. How do
I fix this problem. Is there a way to reinstall the
properties of my recycle bin without reinstalling windows
xp?

Right-click on your recycle bin and make sure the "Do not move files to the
recycle bin" box is unchecked.
