I managed to delete files to recycle bin and again delete from recycle bin -
does anyone know if there is a way to restore ??

However, for any of the softwares to actually help recover your deleted
files, you must use it as soon as possible. The longer you wait, or the
more things you add to your computer, the chances of you actually
recovering it is slim to none. Hope everything works out.
