recycle bin

Files are being deleted without going to the recycle bin. The option to
delete rather than go there is NOT checked, but nothing is going to recycle
bin. Any suggestions?
 
Hi Larry,

Stuck <shift> key? Shift+delete will bypass the Recycle Bin. Try rapping on
them to loosen them up.
