Recycle Bin won't empty

When I click on the Recycle Bin Icon on my destop and open it then select
empty Recycle bin nothing happens.

I can right click on the Icon and select empty recycle bin and it empties
the bin.

I'm confused.

If you have Norton Protected Recycle Bin installed, you have to empty the
bin in two separate places.

No I am not using Norton. McAfee

Identify the shell extension which is causing this problem.

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:
