Recycle Bin restriction

I would like to restrict my users from being able to empty the recycle bin in
windows XP pro sp2. Can this be done?

gpedit.msc maybe? are you running a domain, workgroup, or standalone
workstations?

Well, I don't know of any 3rd part utils that will allow it, but you
could use Group Policy to enforce such, or something similar like
preventing users from deleting files.

The only problem on a stand alone, is that GP affects all users. There
is a workaround to disable it if you are the only admin on the system,
but if you aren't au fait with GP, you might dig yourself into a very
big hole.
