Recycle bin - restore deleted folders?

Help!!I have deleted a couple of files which I now need. Unfortunately, I
emptied the recycle bin. Is it possible to get them back. OS is WindowsXP

Start Googling for file undelete utilities. Stop using your computer in
the meantime since subsequent use will incur file writing that can wipe
out (overwrite) the unallocated disk space containing the erased files.
