Recycle Bin refresh

Hi,

Has anyone experienced the Recycle Bin refreshing every
10-15 seconds?... If so, do you know how to stop this
from happening so often ?

Last time I heard that complaint the culprit was the Anti-virus. They
ended up uninstalling and then reinstalling it.
