Recycle bin recovery?

Is there any way to recover recycled items? I mistakenly
put a file into the recycle bin and erased it however I
desperately need it back. Any suggestions?

Cheap enough and does the job. Of course, as with any recovery program, the less you use your system in the meantime, the more likely you are to be able to recover specific files.
