recycle bin problem

Suddenly all the files that I delete to put into the recyle bin, disappear

Right-click on the desktop icon for Recycle Bin. Look at properties.

When you right click on the recycle bin and go to properties, see if the 3rd
line down, which has a square next to it, is checked. If it has a check mark
in it, it will delete your files rather than move them to the recycle bin.
So simply uncheck that box, the click Apply and OK. Hopefully this worked
for you.
